Russ, a lifelong resident of Amityville, attended the John Marshall Law School in Chicago where he received his Juris Doctor (JD) degree. His legal experience includes over 45 years of private law practice on Long Island. Russ has been fortunate to practice law in many different areas; however, hIs primary focus has always been in Real Estate Law.

He and his wife Loretta have been married 32 years, they have 2 children and 6 grandchildren. The Weber's are life long members of St. Martin of Tours Roman Catholic Church in Amityville. His interests include golf, travel, thoroughbred horse racing and his family.

Russell's practice is local; his life and his family's lives are interwoven with the fabric of this community. Using his legal background to address real-life issues, Russell has helped many of his neighbors and their families and friends with the legal challenges they've faced.
